This grant is specifically for medical students who attend school outside of Pennsylvania or are more than 2 hour drive away from Philadelphia. Each APAMSA chapter is allocated a specific amount of money, depending on the distance of your school to Philadelphia. Check with your chapter president or with the regional directors if you have questions.

In order to be eligible for the travel grant allocated for your chapter, you must purchase a conference ticket and complete this form by

11:59PM on March 10th, 2020.

The reimbursement will be mailed to one person, so all expenses must be made by one designated representative from each chapter. They will then be in charge of dispersing the reimbursement appropriately.

To receive the grant: all members must 1) stay for the entirety of the conference and 2) send us a PDF of travel booking confirmations by Tuesday, March 17th, 2020. (If you plan on driving, please submit a gas-mileage estimation).

note: Travel expenses include tolls, gas, train tickets, and other similar methods. Food, lodging, and conference tickets are not included in this grant. Instructions for reimbursement will be given out at the conference.
